Metropolitan Hotel Sofia, A Member Of Radisson Individuals

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect for my needs. It's also close to a shopping mall, so I had easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice and comfy bed. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The gym facilities were clean and had everything I needed for a good workout.

The hotel's location near main roads made it a bit challenging to get a taxi in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, situated near major boulevards and only 5 minutes from the airport. The service was exceptional, with options like room service and car hire available. We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, including the soundproofed rooms, terrace, and garden furniture. The in-room amenities were top-notch, featuring an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi. We especially enjoyed the dining options, with a buffet breakfast and restaurant featuring special diet menus.

We were blown away by the level of quality at this hotel. The leisure facilities like the spa & wellness centre, fitness centre, and TV room were a great bonus.

The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, providing a good night's sleep after a tiring day of work. the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient location near the airport, making it easy to catch my flight.

The staff was not very friendly, lacking in greetings or interaction. the surrounding area of the hotel was not suitable for leisurely walks or exploring, limiting the options for nearby entertainment or dining.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety and good quality. The hotel had free parking and great transportation access near the airport and the Spa center of this city.

The staff were polite and professional, always ready to assist us with any needs or questions we had. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We were also impressed with the free shuttle service to the airport, making our departure hassle-free. The wifi connection was excellent, ensuring that we could stay connected throughout our stay. we have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel.
